It’s not too late to donate a toy to Operation Toy Drop.  Over the past 20 years, Operation Toy Drop has provided over 200,000 toys to disadvantaged children.  Please bring a new unwrapped toy to the main office and help us make Christmas a little brighter for those children in need. Students involved in clubs, check with your advisor to see if you can earn hours by donating. So please help us continue this proud tradition of giving by donating a new, unwrapped toy to Jack Britt by December 10th.  Toys may be dropped off in the main office.

On Monday, November 27th our Parent Support Group will meet in the Auditorium at 6PM.  This month’s agenda is all about Senior Information.  So if you have a student graduating this year you will not want to miss this meeting!

Wednesday, November 22nd is a student holiday, and the school will be closed Thursday and Friday, November 23rd and 24th!

This image is the Harris Teeter and Together in Education logoDid you know that your Harris Teeter VIC card can earn money for Jack Britt? The Together in Education program has donated over twenty million dollars to schools since its inception in 1998, and in the last quarter of 2014 alone awarded nearly $300,000 to area schools.  Harris Teeter will contribute a percentage of all HT brand purchases to the Jack Britt TIE account when your VIC card is linked to our school. There are two easy ways to link your card – either ask your cashier to link your card to Jack Britt High School TIE code #4354 for you, or if registering online, go to Harris Teeter’s Together in Education page, log in to your account, and link your card. We will receive payments quarterly for amounts over $250; any lesser amounts will be rolled over into the next cycle. Thank you for your support! Relink here
