Jack Britt will be hosting Rachel’s Challenge tomorrow, September 11th at 5:00 pm in the auditorium.  Rachel’s Challenge exists to equip and inspire individuals to replace acts of violence, bullying and negativity with acts of respect, kindness and compassion.  Rachel’s Challenge is based on the life and writings of Rachel Joy Scott who was the first victim in the Columbine school shooting in 1999.  Through her example, Rachel’s Challenge is making a positive impact in the lives of millions of people every year. Please come out and support Jack Britt’s efforts and view the presentation given by Rachel’s uncle.

Any 10th and 11th grade student interested in taking the PSAT on October 11th should pay a $16 fee in the Counseling Office.  The first 100 students to pay receive a student guide.  Any questions, please contact Ms. Tracie Taylor.

The Cumberland County Code Red Drill originally scheduled for Wednesday, September 13th has been rescheduled to Tuesday, September 19th at 10:00 am.

Our Annual Powder Puff Game will be held this Thursday, September 14th at 7PM.  The gate will open at 6PM.  The cost of admission is $5.00.  Athletic passes may not be used for this event.  Will it be the Senior or Junior girls who will take home bragging rights this year, so please come out and cheer your favorite team to victory.
